A RESOLUTION RENEWING FOR THE YEAR 1975
AMBULANCE SERVICE OPERATORS FRANCHISE OF
A-1 AMBULANCE SERVICE, INC. , WITHIN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AUTHORIZING THE
ISSUANCE OF THE NECESSARY PERMIT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, A-1 Ambulance Service, Inc. has applied for
renewal of its ambulance service operators franchise for
1975 within the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the said A-1 Ambulance Service, Inc. has com-
plied with all provisions of the Code of Ordinances pertaining
to renewal of said franchise; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
renew the franchise for A-1 Ambulance Service , Inc. , for the
year 1975 .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The franchise heretofore awarded to A-i
Ambulance Service, Inc. , as an ambulance service operator in
the City of Little Rock is hereby renewed for the year 1975.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
