A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
LITTLE ROCK WASTEWATER UTILITY COMMITTEE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Mr. James K. Hamilton is hereby appointed to a
four year term as a member of the Little Rock Wastewater Utility
Committee to fill the vacancy created by the expiration of the
term of Mr. J. Tappan Hornor, Jr. Said term commences August 1,
1975.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
