A RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PERSONS OTHER THAN
DULY CONSTITUTED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS OR
OTHER AUTHORIZED PUBLIC PERSONNEL FROM DIREC-
TING AND/OR CONTROLLING THE MOVEMENT OF
VEHICULAR AND/OR PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC UPON THE
PUBLIC STREETS AND WAYS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. No person other than a duly constituted law
enforcement officer or other authorized public personnel shall
direct and/or control the movement of vehicular and/or pedes-
trian traffic upon the public streets and ways in the City
of Little Rock except pursuant to prior written approval of the
City Manager or his designated representative. Provided,
however, nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit a
person from warning vehicular traffic and pedestrians of a
hazardous condition then upon said streets and ways.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
