A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO PLANNED IMPROVEMENTS
IN TWIN LAKES RECREATIONAL AREA IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 1.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors understands that
improvements planned by and for the property owners situated
within Twin Lakes Recreational Area Improvement District No. 1
shall be in keeping with the drawing reflected on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
