A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO SPACE
UTILIZATION ASSOCIATES, INC. TO CONDUCT A
STUDY OF MUNICIPAL SPACE NEEDS; AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received in response thereto according to law for professional
servic.es in conducting a study of municipal space needs; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder has
been determined and it is the desire of the board of directors
to award a contract to the lowest responsible and responsive
bidder.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. A contract is hereby awarded to Space Utilization
Associates, Inc. of Los Angeles, California, to conduct a study
of municipal space needs at a contract price not to exceed the
sum of $24, 890 . 00 .
SECTION 2 . Funds for this study have been previously
set aside from General Revenue Sharing funds in 1974 . The City
Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized and dir-
ected to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment of
said contract price. Said study shall comply in all respects with
bidding requirements and specifications.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
