A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO TAKE WHATEVER LEGAL ACTION MAY BE REQUIRED
TO CAUSE NATURAL GAS FACILITIES IN GEYER
SPRINGS ROAD BETWEEN 65th STREET AND YOUNG ROAD
TO BE RELOCATED BY ARKANSAS LOUISIANA GAS COM-
PANY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized and
directed to initiate such legal proceedings as may be neces-
sary to effectuate the relocation by the Arkansas Louisiana
Gas Company of its natural gas facilities situated in the
right-of-way of Geyer Springs Road between 65th Street and
Young Road in the City of Little Rock so as to permit impro-
vement to said Geyer Springs Road.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
