A RESOLUTION GRANTING A TEMPORARY FRANCHISE
TO PERMIT THE ENCROACHMENT OF A FENCE INTO
THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF WESTMONT CIRCLE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mrs . Hugh Miller, the owner of a residence at
38 Westmont Circle in the City of Little rock, is hereby granted
a franchise for a period of six (6) months to permit an existing
fence situated on the property at 38 Westmont Circle to encroach
into the street right-of-way approximately eight (8) feet. The
purpose of this franchise is to allow the owner a safe place to
keep small grandchildren presently in her care.
SECTION 2 . This franchise is granted on the condition that
the it be for six months only; that no alterations are made to
the existing fence and that upon expiration of the franchise,
the fence either be removed or set back to the property line.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
