A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS MANPOWER PLANNING COUNCIL
IN REGARD TO A PROPOSED PROGRAM OFFERED BY THE
LITTLE ROCK PAINTERS AND ALLIED TRADES JOINT
APPRENTICESHIP COMMITTEE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Upon due consideration of a program proposed
by the Little Rock Painters and Allied Trades Joint Apprentice-
ship Committee for a pre-entry Apprenticeship Program to be
conducted in the City of Little Rock, the Central Arkansas
Manpower Planning Council has recommended that the program
not be implemented for the reason that it would create a
duplication of another program currently in effect. The
Board of Directors hereby accepts that recommendation.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
