A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH REAL
ESTATE RESEARCH CORPORATION FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH HOUSING POLICY
STUDIES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager, acting for and in behalf of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Real Estate Research Corporation of
Chicago, Illinois , to conduct policy studies related to three
major housing issues, namely :
a) Improving the methods used to compile, analyze and
reevaluate housing related information.
b) Recommending new methods to obtain public/private
sector cooperation on local housing problems .
c) Legal, management and financial recommendations
related to local housing problems.
Contract price for these services shall not exceed the sum of
$14 , 000 . 00, which sum has been allocated in the City' s
FY 1976 HUD 701 Program.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
