A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE LITTLE ROCK HOUSING
AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES IN
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM FOR 1975-76 ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock
with the Little Rock Housing Authority for said Housing Autho-
rity to provide administrative services in implementing the
Community Development Program for 1975-76 . Compensation for
the said services shall not exceed the sum of $242 , 416 .00 and
shall be paid from the 1975-76-77 Community Development Pro-
gram.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
