RESOLUTION NO 5,378
A RESOLUTION MAKING CERTAIN APPOINTMENTS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The following appointments are hereby made
to the Commission or Board and for the term, all as set out
below:
A. Mr. Booker Day is hereby appointed to fill the
unexpired term of Mr. Jesse Powell as a member of the Little
Rock Housing Authority, which term expires October 31, 1977 .
B. Mr. A.M. Keith is hereby reappointed to a one year
term as a member of the Economic Opportunity Agency of Pulaski
County, said term commences May 21, 1975 .
C. Mr. Dwight Linkous is hereby appointed to a one year
term as a member of the Economic Opportunity Agency of Pulaski
County, said term commences May 21, 1975 .
D. Mr. Henry Hite is hereby appointed to a one year
term as a member of the City Beautiful Commission, said term
expires January 1, 1976 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
