A RESOLUTION COMMITTING THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK IN THE
YEAR 1976 TO INSTALL NEW STREET LIGHTS AND TRAFFIC CONTROL
DEVICES WITHIN THE METROCENTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT IN
DOWNTOWN LITTLE ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $427,000.00;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby commits itself in the year
1976 to install new street lights and traffic control devices in the Metro-
center Improvement District and the funding of the cost of such not to
exceed $427,000.00, which figure excludes architect fees.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
