A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ARKANSAS REGION
OF THE SPORTS CAR CLUB OF AMERICA TO OPERATE
AN AUTO-CROSS IN THE PARKING LOT EAST OF THE
STADIUM IN WAR MEMORIAL PARK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Arkansas Region of the Sports Car Club
of America is granted the privilege of using the East parking
lot at War memorial Stadium for the purpose of conducting
auto-cross activities at such time and on such days as may
from time to time be approved by the Director of Parks and
Recreation of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . The privilege granted in Section 1 hereof
is conditioned that the Sports Car Club of America and/or the
participants in the auto-cross save and hold the City harmless
against any claim, expense, loss or liability suffered or sus-
tained as a result of the use of said facilities for said
purposes and shall name the City of Little Rock as an insured
in a public liability policy or policies with coverage of not
less than $1,000 ,000 .00.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
