A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LITTLE ROCK
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION TO PLACE
CERTAIN POWER AND CONTROL CABLES UNDER NINTH
STREET AT A POINT WHERE THE CENTERLINE OF
THE NORTHEAST/SOUTHWEST RUNWAY EXTENDED
INTERSECTS WITH EAST NINTH STREET; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission,
its agents , servants , employees and/or assignees , are hereby
granted the right and privilege to construct and install under
East Ninth Street four 4" conduits for low voltage power and
control cables made necessary to provide approach lighting system
for Runway 4-22 , same being the Northeast/Southwest Runway at
the Little Rock Municipal Airport , said crossing to be in the
area of the intersection of the centerline of said Northeast/
Southwest Runway extended and East Ninth Street in the City of
Little Rock , Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
