A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SCREENING COMMITTEE
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CHOOSING A PLANNING CONSULTANT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a screening com-
mittee to be composed of five members appointed by the Board
of Directors, the responsibility of which shall be that of
assisting in the selection of a planning consultant for the
City of Little Rock who shall in turn, together with the
Planning Division staff of the City, develop and provide guide-
lines for the development and use of urban land under the
planning jurisdiction of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
