A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CARRY OVER
OF CETA FUNDS FROM FISCAL YEAR 1975 TO
FISCAL YEAR 1976; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the late arrival of CETA funds has not allowed
the full operation of locally approved manpower projects
therefore, it is recommended that $725 ,514. 00 of the funds
in the Fiscal Year 1975 Budget be reserved and carried for-
ward into Fiscal Year 1976 commencing July 1 , 1975 .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorize and
direct that CETA funds for Fiscal Year 1975 in the amount
of $725 ,514. 00 be carried forward for later disbursement in
Fiscal Year 1976 for use in local manpower projects .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
