A RESOLUTION GRANTING A UTILITY EASEMENT TO
ARKANSAS POWER & LIGHT COMPANY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Arkansas Power & Light Company is hereby
granted an easement over and across the following described
tract of land:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 4 ,
Block 262 , Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; thence in a southerly direction 5 ' along
the west property line of said Lot 4 to a point
on that line, called Point "A" , as shown on
attached Exhibit "II" and which is the point of
beginning; thence in an easterly direction 92 '
more or less to a point called Point "B" ; thence
continuing in an easterly direction 7 ' more or
less to a point, called Point "C" ; thence from
Point "B" in a southerly direction 14 .5 ' more or
less to a point, called point "D" . Easements for
transformer and switch installations shall be a
14 ' x 19 ' area centered at Point "D" as shown on
attached Exhibit "II" .
Arkansas Power & Light Company is granted this easement to lay,
construct, operate, repair, maintain, enlarge, renew from time
to time and remove underground electrical distribution facilities ,
including cables and accessories, submersible and/or pad mount
transformers and switches; and, telephone and/or CATV facilities
consisting of underground cable or cables , together with manhole
markers , fixtures and other appurtenances thereto, as Company or
its licensees may from time to time require. Said easement
shall be 10 ' in width and shall extend 5 ' on each side of a
corner line as now staked or indicated by the location of a cable
now installed in the above described property.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
