A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE AMERICAN MANAGE-
MENT ASSOCIATION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract with the American Management Association
for a series of training sessions with City staff members to
develop in-house skills for budget planning and objective
setting. The total cost of this service will be $9 , 800 .00 ,
which funds will be drawn from Intergovernmental Personnel
Act Funds and HUD Planning Funds (701) .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
