A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF AUTOMOBILES FOR USE BY VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR
THE PURCHASE OF UNIFORMS FOR THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE
DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
WHEREAS , invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for the purchase of
automobiles for use by various departments of the City and for
uniforms for the Little Rock Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bidders
have been determined and it is the desire of the Board of
Directors to authorize the purchase of the said vehicles and
uniforms from the lowest responsible and responsive bidders .
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bids on
vehicles and Police Department uniforms have been debermined
and contracts are hereby awarded as follows :

SECTION 2 . Upon delivery of the above identified vehicles
1 and Police Department uniforms (as purchased from time to time)
The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment
of said purchase price. Said items shall comply in all respects
with bidding requirements and specifications.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
