A RESOLUTION REPROGRAMMING MODEL CITIES FUNDS
TO MAKE POSSIBLE THE EXTENSION OF THE MODEL
CITIES LEGAL AID PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $6 , 405 .00 is hereby transferred
and reallocated to the Model Cities Legal Aid Project in the
separate amounts set forth opposite the project from which
such funds are transferred;

a) Model Cities 2nd Year Family Center Project - $2 ,145 . 00
b) Model Cities 3rd Year Day Care Project - 2 ,700. 00
c) Model Cities 5th Year Health Sciences - 1 ,560 . 00
Project
Said project transfer shall be for a period of six months or
until the Pulaski County Legal Aid reorganization is completed
and funded, whichever comes first.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
