A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARAMOUNT LIFE INSURANCE
COMPANY TO MAINTAIN AN EXISTING FENCE SITUATED
IN THE ALLEY AT THE REAR OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1119 CALHOUN STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Paramount Life Insurance Company is hereby
authorized to maintain an existing fence enclosing 12 ' 6" of
the alley at the rear of Lot 9 , Block 12 , Clinton Park Fair-
grounds Addition to the City of Little Rock, provided, how-
ever, the right herein granted shall not be interpreted as
to restrict or interfere with the right, duty and obligation
of Arkansas Power & Light Company to enter the fenced property
to serve existing facilities in the area and provided further,
that such fence shall be removed by Paramount, its successors
and assigns at its or their expense at such time, if ever,
the said alley is needed for any public purpose all at the
discretion of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
