A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION,
USE , OCCUPANCY AND MAINTENANCE OF AN OVER-
HEAD STRUCTURE ACROSS HIGH STREET BETWEEN
BLOCKS 402 and 413 , COMPTON' S SUBDIVISION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY,
ARKANSAS CONNECTING THE EXISTING IMPROVE-
MENTS OWNED AND OCCUPIED BY THE ARKANSAS
FARM BUREAU FEDERATION SITUATED IN SAID
BLOCK 413 WITH PLANNED STRUCTURAL IMPROVE-
MENTS IN SAID BLOCK 402 ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation is hereby
authorized to construct, use, occupy and maintain an overhead
structure crossing High Street in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas between the existing building occupied by said Fed-
eration situated on Lots 4 , 5 , 6 , and part of Lots 2 and 3 ,
Block 413 , Compton' s Subdivision with a structure to be con-
structed by said Federation on Lots 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 , Block 402 ,
Compton' s Subdivision of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . Such overhead structure as authorized in
Section 1 hereof may connect the existing and planned struc-
tures from the second floor up but shall have a clearance of
not less than fifteen (15) feet above the final grade of High
Street and provided further, that adequate warning of said
clearance shall be posted by the Federation.
SECTION 3 . The overhead structure authorized herein shall
be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications to
be submitted to and approved by the authorized representative
of the City of Little Rock prior to the commencement of such
construction.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
