13700 2013051593 Received: 7/15/2013 3:51:08 PM Recorded: 07/15/2013 03:59:48 PM Filed& Recorded in Official Records of Larry Crane, PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT/COUNTY CLERK 1 RESOLUTION NO. 13,706ee5 $20.00 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING 4 COMMISSION'S ACTION IN DENYING A ZONING SITE PLAN REVIEW 5 REQUEST FOR LISA ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL TO ALLOW AN 6 INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS SERVED FROM 600 TO 800 7 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 21 AND 23 CORPORATE HILL DRIVE, 8 IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER 9 PURPOSES. 10 11 WHEREAS,an application was filed by LISA Academy Charter School with the Little Rock Planning 12 Commission for a Zoning Site Plan Review request to allow an increase in the number of students served 13 from 600 to 800 on 0-2, Office and Institutional District, zoned property located at 21 and 23 Corporate 14 Hill Drive, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and, 15 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its March 7,2013, meeting, denied the requested 16 Zoning Site Plan Review application with a vote of 3 ayes, 7 nays, 0 absent and I open position; and, 17 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Board of Directors has determined that action to be inappropriate; 18 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 19 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 20 Section 1. The action of the Little Rock Planning Commission in denying a Zoning Site Plan Review 21 request to allow an increase in the number of students served by LISA Academy, located at 21 and 23 22 Corporate Hill Drive, is hereby rescinded. 23 Section 2.
