RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO VACATE THE NORTH 146.1 FEET OF VOGLER
STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH WEST 12TH STREET,
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 9th day of August, 1974,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon the North 146.1 feet
of Vogler Street at its intersection with West 12th Street, adjoining Cox's
Subdivision, City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of
said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 2, Page 160, in the
office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to
any public utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P. M. ,
on the 18th day of February , 1975.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for
two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
