A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
GRANTED BY E. L. FAUSETT AND LUCILE M. FAUSETT
TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts from E . L.
Fausett and Lucile M. Fausett title to the following described
properties situated in Pulaski County , Arkansas:
Part of the SE4 , SE4, Section 11, T-1-N, R-13-W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas , more particularly
described as: Beginning at the NE corner said SE4,
SE4, thence S 0° 16 ' W along the East line of said SE4,
SE4, 520 . 0 feet to a point on the North line of MEADOW-
LARK SUBDIVISION, as now platted; thence N 89° 35 ' W
along the line of said MEADOWLARK SUBDIVISION 165 . 4
feet to the SE corner of Lot 158 MEADOWLARK SUBDIVISION;
thence N 0° 09 ' E along the East line of MEADOWLARK
SUBDIVISION 520 .0 feet to a point on the North line of
said SE4, SE4; thence S 89° 35 ' E along said North line
166 . 3 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1. 985
acres more or less.

acres more or less .
SECTION 2 . Title being conveyed to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas , to the properties described in Section 1 hereof in a
Special Warranty Deed, which is in form and substance as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, the same as
though set out herein word for word.

SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.

which they acknowledge to be of value, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby Contribute, Convey and Grant to the City of
Little Rock, a Municipal Corporation, and to its successors and assigns
the following described lands in Pulaski County, Arkansas:

Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: Beginning at the NE corner said SE4,

of MEADOWLARK SUBDIVISION, as now platted; thence
N 89° 35' W along the line of said MEADOWLARK

Rock and to its successors or assigns forever with all appurtenances
thereunto belonging.

warrant and defend the title to said land against all claims or en-
cumbrances done or suffered by them but against none other.
Lucile- M. Fausett, wife of E. L. Fausett, for the consider-
ations recited herein does hereby release and relinquish to the
Grantee and to its successors and assigns all of her right or claim
to dower and homestead in and to the above described lands.
