5315 RESOLUTION NO 5,315
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO
WINBURN TILE COMPANY TO PLACE A TRANS-
PORT PIPE UNDER A PORTION OF FAIRPOINT
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Winburn Tile Company of Little Rock, Arkansas ,
its successors and assigns are hereby granted a franchise and
thus authorized to place a transport pipe within the right-of-
way of Fairpoint Street in the City of Little Rock as reflected
by engineering drawings of Shreeve Engineering, Ltd. identified
as Plan View A and Plan View B attached hereto, marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof the same as though set out herein
word for word. Said pipeline will transport raw material from
a storage area to the process area.
SECTION 2 . This franchise is granted conditioned and sub-
ject to the rights of the City of Little Rock to cause the
franchisee to remove and/or relocate said pipeline at its full
expense at any time such is , in the sole discretion of the City
of Little Rock, needed for any public purpose.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
