A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE
OF FOUR ADM-2 COMPUTER TERMINALS; AUTHORIZING PAY-
MENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for the purchase
of four ADM-2 computer terminals for use in the MIS System;
and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and 'responsive bidder has
been determined and it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to authorize the purchase of the said computer terminals from
the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . The lowest responsible and responsive bid on
four ADM-2 computer terminals for use in the MIS System has
been determined and a contract is hereby awarded to Lear Siegler,
Inc. at a bid price of $11, 429 . 40 . Funds have been transferred
from 1974 appropriations to cover this purchase.
SECTION 2 . Upon receipt of the ADM-2 computer terminals
complying in all respects with bidding specifications the City
Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized to issue
the necessary warrant in payment of same.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
