5313 RESOLUTION NO. 5,313
A RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
WHEREAS , William H. Walters ' term of office as a member of
the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock will expire on
December 31, 1974 ; and
WHEREAS , he was chosen by his colleagues on the Board to
serve as Mayor during the past two years and he has served the
City in that capacity with honor and dignity and always following
the principle of fairness to all;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. For his devoted and constructive contribution
to the progress made by City government during the past four (4)
years the Board of Directors on behalf of all citizens expresses
appreciation to William H. Walters .
SECTION 2 . Future health and happiness for Bill and his
family is our sincere hope.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
