5312 RESOLUTION NO. 5,312
A RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
WHEREAS , for eight (8) years last past Warren Baldwin, Jr. ,
has served his fellow men as a member of the Board of Directors
of Little Rock, Arkansas , and
WHEREAS , the community is grateful and indebted to Mr. Baldwin
for his unselfish, dedicated, fair leadership during a period when
great growth and progress has been realized in this City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby expresses gratitude
and appreciation to Mr. Warren Baldwin, Jr. , for his contribution
to this City in service as a Board member for the past eight ( 8)
years .
SECTION 2 . It is the sincere hope of the Board of Directors
that Mr. Baldwin, his spouse and their bodily heirs take pride in
his accomplishments and that they enjoy continued health and
happiness .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
