A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE HYDRAULIC GANG MOWER;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for the purchase of
one hydraulic gang mower for use by the Parks and Recreation
Department; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bidder has
been determined and it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to authorize the purchase of said mower from the lowest respon-
sible and responsive bidder.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bid on
one hydraulic gang mower has been determined and a contract is
hereby awarded to T & C Equipment Company, Little Rock at a
contract price of $9 ,995 . 00 .
SECTION 2 . Upon receipt of the said mower complying in
all respects with bidding specifications , the City Manager and
Director of Finance are hereby authorized to issue the neces-
sary warrant in payment of same .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
