RESOLUTION TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE A PORTION OF BATTERY STREET.
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the
Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on
the 4th day of November, 1974, asking the Board of Directors
to vacate that portion of Battery Street lying East of and
adjacent to Lots 9 through 13, inclusive, Block 3, Union Depot
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , as designated
on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed
Book 1, Page 7, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas , subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The hearing of said petition shall be
held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7 :30 o 'clock p.m. on the 7th day of
January , 197 5
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a news-
paper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
