A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTINUATION AND EXTENSION
OF THE HOME TOWN PLAN PROGRAM ADMINISTERED BY THE
CENTRAL ARKANSAS MANPOWER PLANNING COUNCIL; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Home Town Plan Program heretofore adminis-
tered by the Central Arkansas Manpower Planning Council is
approved for continuation and extension effective January 1,
1975 through June 30 , 1975 conditioned and subject to the
occurrence of the following:
1) That Central Arkansas Manpower Planning Council
receive prior to December 31, 1974 enough unexpended fiscal
year 1974 funds to cover the Home Town Plan contract.
2) That Central Arkansas Manpower Planning Council re-
ceive prior to December 31 , 1974 a formal ruling from the
United States Solicitor General that Home Town Plan as now
operated is legal under the applicable laws .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
