A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE MASTER STREET PLAN
AND THE MASTER PARKS PLAN AS THEY RELATE TO
THE IMPROVEMENTS PLANNED BY SOUTHERN RENDERING
COMPANY AT ITS PROPERTY ON EAST NINTH STREET:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The provisions of the Master Street Plan and
the Master Park Plan are hereby waived as same relates to im-
provements planned by the Southern Rendering Company to its
property situated at 4300 East Ninth Street, in the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
