A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF PARKING TICKET FORMS ; AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for the purchase of
parking ticket forms; and
WHEREAS , the lowest responsible and responsive bidder has
been determined and it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to authorize the purchase of the said parking ticket forms from
the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bid on
parking ticket forms has been determined and a contract is
hereby awarded to Moore Business Forms for 50,000 $5 . 00 tickets
and 150 ,000 $2 . 00 tickets , for a total price of $10 ,190 . 00.
SECTION 2 . Upon receipt of the forms described in Section 1
hereof, complying in all respects with bidding specifications,
the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized
to issue the necessary warrant in payment of same .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
