A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION DEEDS TO
LAND IN RIVER MOUNTAIN PARK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock does hereby accept a
Dedication Deed for lands in the River Mountain Park area from
the following persons :
1. Winrock Homes , Inc.
2 . Oscar F. Kochtitzky, Jr.
3 . Martha Louise Keaton
Said lands are to be used for park and recreation purposes. Copies
of the Dedication Deeds herein referred to are attached hereto as
Exhibits "A" , "B" and "C" , respectively.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
That Winrock Homes, Inc. , a corporation organized
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Arkansas by its
Vice President and Secretary, duly authorized by proper resolu-
tion of the Board of Directors, does hereby grant, donate,
dedicate and convey unto the City of Little Rock and unto its
successors and assigns forever all of its right, title and in-
terest in and to the following described property situated in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, to-wit:
Beginning at the SE corner of the NE4, NE4, Section
20, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, thence West 660
to the SE corner of the East 330 ' of the W1 , NE4,
NE4, thence North 1° 06 ' W 631. 9 feet to the point of
beginning, thence North 400 feet to a point on the
rear lot line of Lot 1, Block 5, thence Southeasterly
180 feet along the rear lot line of Lot 1, 2 , and a
part of Lot 3, Block 5, to a point, thence Southerly
330 feet to an iron pin, thence Westerly 178 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 1. 4 acres more or
less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said City of
Little Rock and unto its successors and assigns forever, with
all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
Grantee, as a part of the consideration hereof, does
covenant that it will permanently maintain and use said land for
recreational and park purposes , with the desire (but not as a
condition of this gift or as a restriction upon use or alien-
ability) that the use of this park generally be restricted to
passive type recreational purposes and that motor bicycles ,
motorcycles, or any other bike piece of equipment not be per-

mitted to use the trails and walkways.

KEATON, Grantors , do hereby grant, donate, dedicate and convey
unto the CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, and unto its successors and as-
signs forever, the following land lying in the County of
Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to-wit :
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the

F. Kochtitzky, Jr. Trust created under the Will of Oscar F.

and valuable consideration, in hand paid by OSCAR F. KOCHTITZKY,
JR. , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
