RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR
RIVERDALE LEVEE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 134
OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Riverdale Levee Improvement
District No. 134 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have made due report to
the Board of Directors that they have qualified for office and have
organized, have formed plans for their improvement, and have esti-
mated the cost thereof to be within the limit allowed by law, and
have recommended the appointment of Truman Nolen, Kenneth L. Taylor,
and Glenn Narrell, all duly qualified electors of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in said District; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the report is approved, and that Truman
Nolen, Kenneth L. Taylor, and Glenn Narrell, be and they are hereby
elected as assessors for Riverdale Levee Improvement District No.
134 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and they are directed to take the oath
of office and to assess the benefits to be received by each and every
lot or other tract of land within said District by reason of the
proposed improvement.
