RESOLUTION ELECTING SUCCESSOR ASSESSORS
FOR
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 137
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District No.
137 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have determined that it is necessary
that the assessment of benefits in said District be revised because
of increased subdividing of lands and improvement construction in
the District; and
WHEREAS, said Commissioners have reported the existing assessors
John A. Cameron and Charles R. Dougan are unable to serve as assessors
in making this reassessment, and said Commissioners have recommended
the appointment of Kenneth L. Taylor and Glenn Narrell, both duly
qualified electors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as successors
to Messrs. Cameron and Dougan, who with Truman Nolen, who continues
as assessor, will constitute the Board of Assessment for said District.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Kenneth L. Taylor and Glenn Narrell, be
and they are hereby elected as assessors for Sewer Improvement Dis-
trict No. 137 of Little Rock, Arkansas, as successors to John A.
Cameron and Charles R. Dougan, and they are directed to take the oath
of office as prescribed by law, and to reassess the benefits to be
received by each and every lot or other tract of land within said
District by reason of the revision of the assessment of benefits.
