A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH
MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY TO RE-
LOCATE RAILWAY FACILITIES IN THE VICINITY
OF 17TH & BOND STREETS; AUTHORIZING REIM-
BURSEMENT OF THE COST OF SUCH RELOCATION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to contract with
Missouri Pacific Railroad Company to relocate its railroad facilities
in the vicinity of 17th and Bond Streets necessary in making storm drain-
age improvements in said location and the payment by the City to the
Railroad of a sum not to exceed $8,910.00 as reimbursement for the cost
of said relocation. Said funds for this reimbursement have heretofore
been appropriated for this purpose.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
