A RESOLUTION GRANTING RAZORBACK TOUR SERVICE,
INC. A SIGHTSEEING FRANCHISE IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Razorback Tour Service, Inc. , an Arkansas
Corporation, is hereby granted for a term of three (3) years
from the date hereof, a sightseeing tour franchise in the
City of Little Rock conditioned as follows :
A) Franchisee shall pay an annual franchise fee to the
City of Little Rock in the amount of $150 . 00 .
B) The Franchisee shall provide sightseeing tour services
for all persons desiring same on a daily basis excepting
Sunday. The daily tour fee shall be not more than $6 . 00 per
person, except where small children do not occupy a separate
and additional seat in which case no fare shall be charged.
The Franchisee shall not be required to provide a daily tour
unless a minimum of six bonafide fares are combined and
available for a single tour trip.
C) The Franchisee shall provide two kinds of sightseeing
tour services , including:
(a) A daily driving tour leaving from the
various hotels and motels and traversing
a route which will acquaint the touring
public with the Old State Capitol , The
Territorial Restoration, La Petite Roche,
The Arkansas Arts Center and Museum of
Natural History, The Central Business
District , The Arkansas State Capitol ,
War Memorial Park and the City Zoo, Murray
Lock and Dam and the Little Rock Convention
Center Plaza, and
(b) Group tours upon request for persons or
organizations desiring to view special
sights or otherwise requiring a customized
tour route. Provided, however, that the
Franchisee shall not be required to
conduct special group tours for less than
six adult persons and that the group tour
fee shall be negotiated between the Franchisee
and the organization or persons requesting
the special tour.

D) The Franchisee and his employees shall be required to
provide services authorized in the Franchise courteously and
that their contact with the public will be carried out with
the utmost respect for citizens for whom they serve.
E) The Franchisee shall charter transit vehicles from
Central Arkansas Transit Company for tours carrying more than
ten (10) persons.
F) Franchisee shall not be obligated to pay additional
license fees for the privilege of doing business .
G) Franchisee shall hold and save the City of Little Rock
harmless from any and all damage and/or cause of action arising
out of the operation of this franchise and shall furnish the
City of Little Rock a Certificate of coverage of public lia-
bility insurance .
H) Franchisee shall furnish City of Little Rock a certified
copy of its Articles of Incorporation.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
