A RESOLUTION UNDERWRITING THE LITTLE ROCK
PORT FIRE STATION TO THE EXTENT OF $100 ,000 .00 ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby commits to
the Little Rock Port Fire Station the sum of $100 ,000 . 00
toward the bid price should the cash flow of the Port Authority
prove insufficient to allow it to continue to operate during
1975 and pay the full cost of the Port Fire Station.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
