A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR A HEARING ON A PETITION
TO VACATE, ABANDON AND CLOSE THAT PORTION OF SOUTH
CROSS STREET LOCATED BETWEEN WEST 28th STREET AND
WEST 29th STREET WHICH PORTION IS WITHIN LOT 1 OF ALEX
ROBERTSON ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the6th day of March
1974, asking the Board of Directors to vacate, abandon and close that
portion of South Cross Street located between West 28th Street and West
29th Street which portion is within Lot 1 of Alex Robertson Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described in Plat and Bill
of Assurance dated April 24, 1919 appearing of record in Pulaski County,
Arkansas Plat Book 2 at Page 25 , subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said Petition shalt be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7 :30 o'clock P. M. ,
on the 7th day of May , 1974.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week
for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
