A RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION TO ROSS MAUNEY
WHEREAS, Ross Mauney has served the City of Little Rock
and the Little Rock Port Authority as Director of the Port
Authority from November 15 , 1968 to March 15 , 1974 ; and
WHEREAS , under his leadership the Little Rock Port Ter-
minal facility and Industrial Park have been developed and
are greatly serving the needs of this community; and
WHEREAS , the success of both the Terminal facilities
and the Industrial Park is the result in large part to the
initiative , imagination and expertise of Ross Mauney.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. Ross Mauney is hereby commended for yeoman
service as Executive Director of the Little Rock Port
Authority from November 15 , 1968 to March 15 , 1974 . May
he enjoy health and happiness in his retirement.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
