A RESOLUTION AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPHS 'A' and 'N'
OF SECTION 1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 4756 ADOPTED
MARCH 8 , 1972 PERTAINING TO RULES, TERMS , DUTIES,
RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF GOLF PROS AT MUNICIPAL
COURSES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Subparagraph 'A' of Section 1, Resolution
No. 4756 adopted March 8 , 1972 pertaining to rules , terms ,
duties , rights and privileges of golf pros and subparagraph
'N' of said Resolution are hereby respectively amended to
read as follows :
A. Salary to be paid by the City:
Rebsamen Golf Course $8 , 000 . 00
Hindman Golf Course 8, 000 . 00
War Memorial Golf Course 8 ,000 . 00
Starting in 1975 , the BLS increase will be included.
N Power golf carts shall be provided and furnished by
the golf professional who shall pay to the City not later than
the 10th day of each calendar month a sum equal to 30% of the
gross receipts (exclusive of state sales tax) for the rental
charges therefor covering the preceding calendar month. Such
payment shall be made to the Finance Department of the City.
The City reserves the right to approve rental charges for all
golf carts , both hand and power.
SECTION 2 . Further, at such time as the individual golf
pro at each of the three municipal golf courses identified in
Section 1 hereof demonstrates his actual participation in the
retirement system offered by the Professional Golf Association ,
the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized
to pay ofer to each such golf pro so participating the sum of
$50 . 00 per month to be applied by him to the cost of that
individual ' s participation in said retirement program.

SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
