A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENT DEEDS FOR RIGHT OF
WAY IN CONNECTION WITH THE GEYER SPRINGS ROAD WIDENING
PROJECT AND CERTAIN PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY EASEMENTS RE-
LATED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock has undertaken to widen and
improve a portion of Geyer Springs Road in the vicinity of its inter-
section with Baseline Road in the City of Little Rock and that in
this connection has undertaken to acquire certain needed right of way
and temporary and permanent construction easements in the area of the
proposed widening and improvement project. The following owners of
land in the area of the project have conveyed to the City Warranty
Deed of easement and temporary and permanent construction easements
by instruments , copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference, and the said parcels of land and owners are
identified as follows :
