A RESOLUTION EXERCISING OPTIONS MADE BY CERTAIN OWNERS
OF LAND IN THE GEYER SPRINGS ROAD WIDENING PROJECT IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE OFFICER
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO DISBURSE FUNDS HERETOFORE
APPROPRIATED FOR SUCH RIGHT OF WAY UPON RECEIPT OF
PROPER DEEDS BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FROM THE SAID
LANDOWNERS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock has undertaken to widen and
improve a portion of Geyer Springs Road in the vicinity of its inter-
section with Baseline Road in the City of Little Rock and that in this
connection has undertaken to acquire certain needed rights of way and
temporary and permanent construction easements in the area of the
proposed widening and improvement project. The following landowners
in the area of the project have exercised real estate options agreeing
to sell and convey rights of way and/or temporary or permanent ease-
ments to the City of Little Rock , said options being set out in
detail in various real estate options attached to this Resolution and
incorporated therein by reference and are identified herein as follows :

SECTION 2 . The various options identified above and attached
hereto to sell certain rights of way to the City of Little Rock and
granting certain temporary easements to the City of Little Rock are
hereby accepted by the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
and the Finance Officer of the City of Little Rock is hereby authorized
and directed to disburse funds heretofore appropriated for the purpose
of widening and improving Geyer Springs Road to the various landowners
upon conveyance of title to the City as approved by the City Attorney' s
office.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
