A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EMPLOY APPRAISERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING
THE VALUE , IF ANY, OF CERTAIN HOUSES BEING CON-
DEMNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designated represen-
tative is hereby authorized to employ an appraiser or appraisers
to establish the values , if any, for certain houses as have now
or may be hereafter be condemned by the City of Little Rock
having been found to be unsafe and undesirable for occupancy.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
