A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR PURCHASES
OF ITEMS FOR USE BY THE CITY; AUTHORIZING PAY-
MENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , invitation for bids have been duly published and
bids received based thereon for the purchase of various items
for use by the city; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bids based
on said invitations have been determined and it is the desire of
the Board of Directors to award contracts accordingly.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Contracts are hereby awarded to the following
successful bidders for the purchase of certain items and at the
prices set opposite as follows :

SECTION 2 . Upon receipt of the items purchased complying
in all respects with specifications as set out in Bid Specifications,
the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized

to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment thereof.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
