A RESOLUTION PROPOSING THAT ARKANSAS LOUISIANA
GAS COMPANY REVISE ITS MONTHLY BILLING FORM;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company is hereby
requested to consider revising its billing form mailed monthly
to customers which presently reflects the gross amount of each
such bill in the lower right hand corner and thus is misleading
to many customers for the reason that the net amount of the bill
is reflected in a less conspicuous position on said statement
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
