A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND CONCURRING WITH THE COMMITMENT
OF DIRECTORS WARREN BALDWIN AND JACK YOUNG TO ABSTAIN FROM
VOTING ON ANY FUTURE MATTERS WHATSOEVER AFFECTING THE
CENTRAL LITTLE ROCK URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT ARK R-12
WHEREAS, Directors Warren Baldwin and Jack Young have by
letter addressed to the Mayor indicated for personal reasons
an intent to abstain from voting on any future matters affecting
Central Little Rock Urban Renewal Project ARK R-12 ; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors understands the reasoning
of Directors Baldwin and Young and therefore, concurs with and
accepts their intent to so abstain from voting.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors accepts and concurs
with the decisions of Directors Warren Baldwin and Jack Young
evidenced by letters addressed to the Mayor, to abstain from
voting on any future matters affecting the Central Little Rock
Urban Renewal Project ARK R-12 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
