A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. BOYD MONTGOMERY
TO THE ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. Boyd Montgomery is hereby appointed to
fill the unexpired term of Mr. Edward M. Penick as a member of
the Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission. Said
term expires May 4 , 1977 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
